After a visit to San Lazaro (below) and an incredibly moving presentation by a nursing sister who cares for 150 lepers there, we left the next day for the south central coast.

We recuperated from the Bay of Pigs at La Culeta Buena (left). After a buffet lunch, there was time to sunbathe. Supposedly there was diving and snorkeling, but there was also an open bar... and a genuine watercolor sketch to be done on a lounge chair. As usual, time was too short.
